About The Position
Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc. Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community. Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors.
Requirements
- Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well independently and in teams
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
