About The Position

This role is part of Target's seasonal hiring initiative, focusing on supporting store operations and guest experience during peak periods. The Seasonal Overnight Fulfillment Expert will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, particularly during overnight shifts. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle merchandise safely and efficiently, including scanning, moving, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Operate cash registers accurately.
Climb up and down ladders.
Maintain product presentation on the sales floor, ensuring items are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed.
