About The Position
Race Communications, California’s leading 10G fiber internet provider, is seeking motivated Seasonal Outside Sales Representatives to connect homes and communities in Desert Hot Springs, Lancaster, and Yuba City, CA. We’re building the future of internet access, and you can be a part of it starting this summer! This seasonal role is a launchpad for the right person. Prove yourself over 3 months and you could be joining the Race family full-time. If you’re hardworking, people-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running on June 1st — we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers door-to-door, explaining the benefits of Race fiber internet and phone services
- Identify customer needs and close sales
- Build genuine relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
