About The Position

Oversees outfitter desk providing guests with rentals and recommendations on recreational activities, services, dining, and other local amenities. At the Inn at SentryWorld, we focus on the guest experience. We’re looking for a Seasonal Full-time Outfitter Attendant, who’ll assist guests with rentals and suggestions on recreational activities, dining, and local events. You’ll be the premier person to connect our guests with a great local experience.

Requirements

Age requirement of 21+
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Satisfactory completion of post offer pre-employment screen.

Responsibilities

Work in coordination with the other Front Office Team Members to create a warm, welcoming environment for each and every guest.
Serve as the primary contact for guests interested in learning more about our SentryWorld facilities while exhibiting courteous manners in accordance with Sentry Services Standards.
Increase guest utilization of SentryWorld facilities by promoting our services, activities, and amenities.
Assist guests in the Outfitter and answer questions regarding merchandise and items available for purchase.
Maintain a clean, well-organized and presentable Outfitter.
Register and assist guests in equipment rentals, activities, and services.
Provide guests with an overview of how to utilize rental equipment such as bikes, skis and fishing equipment.
