LOCATION: Onsite with traditional full time hours in Edwardsville, KS YOUR OPPORTUNITY: Varsity Spirit is looking for a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk to join our team in the Edwardsville, KS location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers customer calls to assist customers and solve customer problems. Keeps track of received orders and source documents. Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered. Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer following the format displayed on the screen, and enters necessary codes. Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors and verify the accuracy of data entered. Keeps record of work completed. Files or routes source documents after entry. Responds to inquiries regarding entered data. Other duties may be assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with Windows programs including Word and Excel. Requirements
