As an Order Entry Clerk, you’ll be an integral part of our operations team, playing a crucial role in the smooth execution of transactions. You’ll work closely with various teams and departments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency throughout the process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys making sure the details are right! This position is fully onsite based out of our Sarasota, FL office location.

Requirements

Basic computer skills, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
The ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong listener who understands how body language and other nonverbal cues contribute to effective communication.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as keyboard use, with the ability to manage screen time effectively.

Responsibilities

Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring mandatory company compliance training is completed by set deadlines.
Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with potential for overtime when needed.
Be a reliable, punctual presence, which may include attending events outside of regular business hours.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders through email, phone, video conferencing, and in person.
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to team and client needs.
Take on other duties as needed, allowing you to learn more about the business and grow your skills.
