About The Position
When the weather breaks, the clock starts. We need dependable seasonal Operation team members to help us manage inventory and logistics during our busiest window of the year (March – June). It’s fast-paced, high-impact work that keeps our local agriculture community moving forward. Primary Objective: To provide daily location operations support efficiently and safely. Maintain location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of a Class B CDL or a Seasonal Class B CDL.
- Displays initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
- Ability to organize, deal with change effectively, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
Nice To Haves
- Class A with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
Responsibilities
- Report to assigned workplace at the time specified; report late arrivals or absences to supervisor prior to start time
- Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities as assigned
- Assist and follow preventative maintenance activities and record.
- Assist with the distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working
- Participate in safety and job-related training programs provided by the company
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct
- Create a positive, professional image to customers and the community
- Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc., necessary to perform job requirements
- Accept and carry out other assigned duties given by the location manager
