At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture. Summary We are seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support our harvest operations in Kennewick, WA! This position is a temporary, seasonal role starting in June and continuing through September, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced agricultural environment. In this role, you will assist with daily facility operations by unloading trucks, preparing materials, and performing essential housekeeping duties such as sweeping and shoveling to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, follows safety procedures, and works well in a team-oriented agricultural or industrial setting. General labor and/or agricultural experience is preferred, and the ability to work extended hours during peak demand will be required. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus, as strong communication is important when working with team members and customers.
