About The Position

This is an early morning position where you will work with the task team to perform operations functions within the store prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability. The role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, working with all the latest merchandise, and assisting customers who stop to ask questions or request assistance.
Executes pricing and signing: Changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store.
Replenish and restock the store: Pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
Receive and unload merchandise: Working with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare the merchandise in the backroom.
Backroom standards: Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.

Merchandise strategy: Executing plans communicated by leadership on where to place merchandise throughout the store with efficiency and detail, understanding merchandising standards and working to deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining these standards as goods flow to the sales floor.
Participates in a learning environment: Absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
