Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges
- Ability to listen and follow directions
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
- Dependable, with good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to interact and communicate with associates at all levels

- Ability to work independently, utilizing good judgment and taking initiative to complete tasks
- Demonstrated initiative to complete responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience working with hand tools, skid steers and forklifts
- Experience working with plants or in a nursery
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and directing the day-to-day work of a team of nursery technicians
- Filling modules with soil, planting with tile, plugs or cuttings using proper planting methods
- Fertilizing, weeding, watering, and inspecting plant condition
- Stacking modules onto pallets for shipping
- Loading and unloading trucks by hand, skid steer or forklift
- Representing Greenrise in a professional manner
- Completing work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise Technologies quality
- Following safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment or site conduct
- Communicating effectively with managers and crew members
- Working independently and with fellow crew members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Ensuring tools and equipment are inspected, maintained, and stored properly
