Key tasks include moving and displaying products using power equipment, identifying and managing damaged merchandise, updating signage and pricing information, and ensuring proper product placement to drive sales. While the primary focus is on merchandising activities, the associate is expected to engage with customers to understand their needs, assist with merchandise, and provide product information. The position also entails completing assigned tasks, ensuring display safety, managing waste, and adhering to all safety and security standards within the store.
