This role is responsible for providing SMART customer service, building vendor relationships, and collaborating with the Merchandising Service team. Key duties include moving and replacing fixtures, rotating stock, building and displaying products, identifying and handling damaged products, verifying buyback items, and ensuring accurate pricing and signage. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including removing trash, repairing packaging, replacing light bulbs, detecting security risks, and adhering to all safety requirements. The associate will operate various store equipment and maintain point-of-sale signage and pricing labels according to state-specific guidelines.
