This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring merchandise is displayed according to Lowe's specifications. The associate will collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyze metrics, and provide feedback on project execution. While the majority of the time will be spent on merchandising tasks, the individual is expected to engage with customers when opportunities arise, assisting them with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring pricing accuracy, managing inventory, and upholding store cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves operating various store equipment and adhering to all safety regulations.
