About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a SEASONAL Merchandiser in Mesilla Park, New Mexico. This role involves displaying beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and sales floors of retail stores. The merchandiser will arrange products according to a plan, place price signs, transfer product to displays, and order product to prevent out-of-stocks. The position requires effective communication with store personnel and the construction of display aids using company-provided materials. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Ability to transfer product from customer stock room to floor displays.
Ability to order product for assigned accounts.
Effective communication skills for daily interaction with key store personnel.
Ability to construct or assemble display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.

Responsibilities

Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store.
Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
