River Valley Marine in Red Wing, MN is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer / Boat Detailer for the spring and early summer season. You will play a key role in preparing new and pre-owned boats for customer delivery, showroom display, and lake season.

Requirements

Experience in detailing, auto detailing, marine, or powersports preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in varying spring weather conditions
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience with trailering or equipment operation is a plus
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Perform boat detailing and cleaning on new and pre-owned units
Wash, wax, buff, and polish boat interiors and exteriors
Prepare boats for customer delivery, showroom display, and lake launch
Move, stage, and organize boats on the lot, showroom, and service areas
Assist with delivery preparation and customer pickup
Safely trailer, secure, and transport boats
Operate equipment such as forklifts, trucks, tractors, and trailers (training available)
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Support the sales and service teams during the busy season
