About The Position

The Screen Print Rapid Tag (Seasonal) role is responsible for supporting production by assisting in setting up orders, verifying quantities and colors, inspecting garments, and ensuring accurate labeling across multiple leagues such as MLB, NHL, NBA, and more. This role ensures high-quality output by maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout the printing workflow. You will also perform other job duties as necessary for the business. You will work in Screen Print, VAS, Shipping, and Receiving.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and adaptability.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior print operation experience in a printing or promotions industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the warehouse management system for work orders throughout the day.
• Print all requested work orders and update status in the system.
• Run location reports for requested goods and pull the correct garments, checking size and quantity before delivering them to the correct work center.
• Work as a team to support continuous workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete all paperwork accurately throughout the shift.
• Ensure all orders are signed by QC and supervisor before starting production.
• Repetitive bending is required when loading garments onto automatic printing machines.
• Pushing garment carts, screen racks, ink racks, and pallet jacks.
• Pulling garments off automatic printing machines and pulling equipment as needed.
• Loading and unloading garments onto and from the automatic printing machine.
