About The Position

Responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections, upkeep and repair of Grand River Casino & Resort property including the campground.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal non-gaming license.
• Must have 20/20 corrected vision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Must be physically able to withstand continued walking, standing, and kneeling for periods of 8 hours or more.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to reach to higher levels.

Nice To Haves

• Two years experience in general grounds keeping preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Paint buildings, perform general building repair, cleaning and upkeep of all as well.
• Performs upkeep on grounds maintenance, cleaning of sidewalks and parking lots, planters/grass, sprinkler system and signage.
• Maintain the campground and fish cleaning station.
• Perform any and all other duties assigned by the Maintenance Director and/or Maintenance Lead.
• Comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
