Seasonal Maintenance Tech
About The Position
Our maintenance team is responsible for the upkeep of both the interiors and exteriors of our vacation homes and office spaces. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in both indoor and outdoor environments, maintains a professional and customer-focused attitude, is reliable, and works well in a team. A strong understanding of basic household repairs, general tools, lawn equipment, and phone apps is required. This position requires on-call availability, weekend shifts throughout the summer, and the use of your personal vehicle and basic tools. This is a seasonal position only. Our season runs from May to Mid-September.

Responsibilities
- General household maintenance and repairs, such as unclogging toilets, replacing door locks, lighting water heater pilots, swapping out garbage disposals and furnace filters, screen repair/replacement, minor plumbing, lightbulb replacement, moving/assembling furniture, adjusting/replacing doors/hinges, troubleshooting internet and TV issues, minor drywall patching, and more.
- Assisting the maintenance manager with larger projects that require additional support.
- Preparing homes for guest arrivals, which may include tasks like clearing sand and debris from decks, cleaning grills, weeding, and garbage removal.
