About The Position

Sioux Steel Company is seeking Seasonal Machine Operators to join our Grain Bin Division. This position supports production during our busy season and is expected to run through October. Top-performing seasonal employees may be considered for future full-time opportunities as openings become available.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Produce grain bin components that meet quality standards
• Read and follow work orders and production schedules
• Monitor machine performance and report issues as needed
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
