About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Logan Health Chester, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving communities across Montana’s Hi-Line. The hospital delivers a wide range of services including colonoscopies, echocardiograms, physical and occupational therapy, and full lab and radiology offerings like MRI, CT, ultrasound, DEXA scans, and mammograms. This position offers a chance to make a true difference in a rural care setting where every patient counts and clinical expertise has a lasting impact. The role requires a full-time work schedule for at least 13 weeks and includes a 15% seasonal premium on base pay and a $2,000 completion bonus after the assignment. Logan Health Chester also includes a Rural Health Clinic and an 18-bed Assisted Living facility, creating a continuum of care.

Requirements

Current Montana LPN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Professionalism, confidentiality, and a team-first mindset
Comfort with technology and ability to adapt to new systems
Full-time work schedule required for at least 13 weeks

Responsibilities

Perform direct patient care in accordance with Logan Health standards and Montana LPN scope of practice.
Perform focused patient assessments.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor and report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure equipment and resources are used safely and efficiently.
