About The Position

This position is responsible for the daily completion of assigned scheduled laundry delivery and/or laundry pick-up routes. The role also involves assisting with stripping and sorting dirty linens within rental homes, treating linens with appropriate chemicals, and identifying stains or compromised linens. Additionally, the driver will assist in prepping linens for delivery, packing linen totes, and loading them into laundry vehicles. Cross-departmental assistance is expected, working with various departments and on special projects. A key aspect of the role is providing exemplary customer service to guests, owners, coworkers, and vendors, ensuring expedient resolution of tasks and representing Railey Mountain Lake Vacations with professionalism.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions

Responsibilities

Daily completion of assigned scheduled laundry delivery and/or laundry pick-up route(s)
Assistance with stripping dirty linens within rental homes and sorting of dirty linens
Treating dirty linens with appropriate chemicals and looking for stains and compromised linens
Assistance with prepping linens for delivery and correctly packing linen totes
Loading linen totes into laundry vehicles for daily deliveries as needed
Provide cross-departmental assistance when needed, working with various departments including but not limited to Will O’ the Wisp, and Suites at Silver Tree, owner special projects and requests, and company affiliated projects and requests and initiates
Provide exemplary customer service to guests, owners, coworkers and vendors while providing expedient resolution of assigned tasks
Represent Railey Mountain Lake Vacations with extreme professionalism, looking out for the company’s best interest while providing efficient, quality work
Other duties as assigned
