About The Position

Seasonal Line Cook at Gold Mountain Golf Club. This is a seasonal position expected to end on or around September 30th, 2026. The role involves creating menu items, preparing daily requirements, and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure food quality and consistency. The Line Cook II is responsible for reading recipes, conducting inventory, and adhering to sanitation and safe food handling standards.

Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience required.
  • Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s).
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily preparation requirements.
  • Work together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items.
  • Read and interpret recipes.
  • Conduct inventory.
  • Adhere to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
  • Possess knife skills.
  • Adjust preparations for flavor.
  • Accommodate customer's needs in a timely manner.
