Your Impact: Our Luxury Seasonal Lifeguards are responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all residents and guests through effective communication and extensive knowledge of The Wright Fit services.
Requirements
- The pool is open 7 days a week.
- Available shifts are 8:30am-1:15pm and 1:45pm-6:30pm
- Must be a pre-certified lifeguard/CPR certified or willing to pass internal lifeguard/CPR certification.
- Punctual and responsible with strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
- Customer focused, able to manage conflict.
- Excellent time management and able to multitask.
- A positive attitude, team oriented.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy.
Responsibilities
- Perform all responsibilities associated with an American Red Cross lifeguard.
- Assist with maintaining water chemistry as per Department of Health standards.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool and pool deck.
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
- Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
- Assist clients with any questions about aquatic services.
- Provide support to The Wright Fit aqua specialists to ensure best service experience.
- Attentively and promptly respond to client's needs.
- Assist management in daily tasks and projects associated with the pool.
- Maintain in conduct and actions The Wright Fit aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, culture, vision, purpose and values.
- Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards that may require you to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time, as well as lift and move heavy objects.
