About The Position

Our Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Remote support our customers with their health insurance plans. A resident state license is required, but ResultsCX will support you in the purchase of any additional licenses required of your new position. There is no leads list, only qualified live leads transferred! Our Agents explain the features and advantages of the available medical plans and work to bring new members on, as well as support current members with cost/plan analysis to identify the best products for them during their yearly review. This is a sales position but unlike other sales positions, we have paid training, and we are not commission based!

Requirements

Resident Insurance License in Hand with CE completed
Sales Skills: We are looking for people who are ready to sell and close the deal – charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and connecting with others.
Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
A PC or laptop running Windows 11 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
