About The Position
Stonehenge Gates Apartments is seeking a Seasonal Leasing Consultant for the summer. This is a part-time, seasonal role from June 1st to August 15th, offering a fun, fast-paced, and social environment. The ideal candidate will be high-energy and help showcase the property to prospective residents. Stonehenge Gates is a 180-unit conventional market-rate community.
Requirements
- Outgoing and persuasive personality.
- Ability to work the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
- Professional demeanor.
- Reliability.
Responsibilities
- Greeting prospective residents with a smile and a "welcome home" attitude.
- Leading tours of the community and highlighting its best features.
- Managing social media.
- Answering phones.
- Handling the administrative side of the leasing process.
- Serving as a key brand ambassador for Stonehenge Gates.
Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $18.00/HR
- Bonus: Up to $100.00 per rental
