About The Position

As a Lawn and Garden Associate you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping the Garden Center clean. You will be responsible for assisting customers in locating and purchasing materials, as well as providing product information and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Friendly outgoing personality.
• Able to lift 50-100lbs continuously.
• Self motivated and punctual.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Forklift experience or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
• Receive, stock, and price merchandise according to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Help customers load product.
• Label and update signage.
• Assemble products.
