About The Position
Our seasonal team plays a vital role in serving the Brookings community. This position is responsible for assisting our full-time staff with routine maintenance, performing various manual labor tasks, and general grounds keeping work. Candidate must be dependable, responsible and safety oriented.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Operates a company vehicle, including a small dump truck (CDL not required).
- Perform various duties in regards to maintenance, grounds keeping, and light equipment operation.
- Operate equipment, machinery and tools associated with mowing, raking, and planting.
- Assists with routine maintenance duties when needed.
