About The Position

Ana Luisa is a Brooklyn-born jewelry brand built on one simple idea: beautiful, high-quality jewelry shouldn’t cost the planet. We design and craft timeless, everyday pieces that are fairly priced, ethically made, and designed to make you feel good — inside and out. We’re looking for a Seasonal Jewelry Retail Stylist (October 1st, 2026 through January 31, 2027) to join our retail team in Boca Raton, Florida! You’ll be the face of our brand — helping customers find their perfect pieces, sharing our story, and creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll also get hands-on with our permanent jewelry collection, using welding tools to craft custom pieces that last a lifetime. Requirements

1 Year of experience in retail, preferably within jewelry or luxury
Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset
Polished communication and an intuitive sense of style
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Open availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4 hour shifts Mon-Thurs

Support all in-store operations — from transactions and inventory to visual merchandising.
Maintain an organized, beautiful space that reflects Ana Luisa’s clean, sustainable aesthetic.
Participate in local events and brand activations to grow community engagement
