Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1774)
About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking at Target. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal roles can provide valuable experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. The role involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It is not a typical Monday-through-Friday desk job, as the work is busy throughout the week, especially on weekends, to ensure guests feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.
Requirements

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
Responsibilities
- Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
