About The Position

This is a seasonal inbound stocking role at Target. The primary focus is on ensuring products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. This role is part of a team that works efficiently to deliver for guests and aims to provide a welcoming, inspiring, and rewarding experience. Target believes team members have meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. This role can provide experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking products on the sales floor.
• Ensuring products are in stock.
• Accurately pricing merchandise.
• Ensuring merchandise is signed correctly on the sales floor.
• Handling merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise.
• Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
