About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking at Target. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, providing service that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!', and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. The role is dynamic and busy, especially on weekends, and is not a typical Monday-through-Friday computer-based job. Target provides training for all new hires.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
- Regular attendance necessary
Responsibilities
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Providing service to guests.
- Working efficiently and as a team.
- Handling cash register operations.
- Climbing up and down ladders.
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
