About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking at Target. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. This role is part of the Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales team, which consists of experts of operations, process, and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture, experience in retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency, and improvement), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
