About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, providing service that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!', and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. The role is not a typical Monday-through-Friday desk job, as the environment is busy, especially on weekends, and focuses on making it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. Target provides training for all new hires, but certain foundational skills are expected.

Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store

Responsibilities

Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
Accurately handle cash register operations
Climb up and down ladders
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
Provide service to guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET!
Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
