About The Position
This is a seasonal inbound stocking role at Target. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. This role is part of the Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales team, which focuses on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, pricing, and signage on the sales floor. Target believes team members have meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, providing knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements
