About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking at Target. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and handling merchandise. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career. The role requires efficient operations, process management, and ensuring products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Requirements

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
Responsibilities
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Providing service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'.
- Handling merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Accurately handling cash register operations.
- Climbing up and down ladders.
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
