About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working efficiently as part of a team to ensure products are ready for guests. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience in executing daily workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking products on the sales floor.
• Setting and organizing merchandise.
• Handling merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise.
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
• Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
