About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and handling merchandise. Target offers training to help team members learn everything they need to know for the role. The job is not a typical Monday-through-Friday desk job, as the environment is busy, especially on weekends, requiring team members to make it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.
