About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on inbound stocking. Target aims to help families discover the joy of everyday life through its values and culture. These roles provide experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
Responsibilities
- Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
