About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working efficiently as part of a team to ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking products on the sales floor.
• Ensuring products are in stock.
• Accurately pricing merchandise.
• Ensuring merchandise is properly signed.
• Handling merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise.
• Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
