About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking tasks, primarily during overnight shifts. The position involves working efficiently as part of a team to ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, contributing to a positive guest experience. The role emphasizes hands-on work and teamwork rather than desk-based tasks, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
• Providing service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
