About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking, where team members help guests discover the joy of everyday life. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, providing service that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!', and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It is not a typical Monday-through-Friday desk job, as the work environment is busy, especially on weekends, with the goal of making it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. Target provides training for all necessary skills.
