About The Position

This role is a seasonal position focused on inbound stocking operations. Target aims to help families discover the joy of everyday life through its values and culture. Seasonal roles provide team members with meaningful experiences to build and develop skills for a career, including knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
