About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking. Target aims to help families discover the joy of everyday life through its values and culture. Seasonal roles provide meaningful experiences for team members to build and develop skills for a career. These roles offer knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements

Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
