About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target focused on inbound stocking. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements

Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Accurately handle cash register operations.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
