This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
• Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
