About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working overnight shifts to ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role contributes to a consistent guest experience by efficiently managing merchandise. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities
