About The Position

The Seasonal Inbound Expert is a seasonal Target store role focused on stocking and supporting store operations. Team members help keep products in stock, accurately priced, signed, and available on the sales floor, while contributing to an efficient and welcoming guest experience. The role offers experience with guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and executing workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

The position requires working effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to current technology, responding to guest questions, and following multi-step processes. Team members must safely scan, handle, and move merchandise, climb ladders, and work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The starting hourly rate is $16.50.
