As a Seasonal Houseperson, you’ll support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. Your responsibilities will include cleaning lobby windows, hallways, and floors, managing linens and laundry, and ensuring public areas remain spotless. You'll also assist with guest requests, contributing to a positive and memorable guest experience.

  • Deliver clean linen to closets, remove soiled linen from housekeeper carts, and manage the disposal of dirty linen and trash.
  • Clean vents, walls, and carpet edges to maintain a fresh, hygienic environment throughout the property.
  • Ensure well-stocked closets with clean glasses, coffee mugs, and linens for guest rooms.
  • Assist housekeepers by managing linen flow and restocking linen rooms as needed.
  • Prioritize special guest requests and ensure timely delivery to enhance the guest experience.
  • Regularly clean vending areas, hallways, and corridors to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Follow the maintenance schedule for housekeeping equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Empty housekeeper trash and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
