About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo-set operations at Ross Park Mall. The role helps create enjoyable holiday experiences for families by guiding team members, welcoming guests, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead provides warm, energetic leadership throughout each shift and helps ensure guests have a memorable experience.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing operational policies, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with training or recruiting as needed, taking photos, processing sales, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
