About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming, memorable experiences for families at the Santa photo set at The Mall at University Town Center. The role involves greeting guests, engaging with children, taking photos, and helping families choose souvenirs while providing warm, attentive guest service. The associate supports smooth photo operations, uses point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal, with flexible scheduling and a minimum availability of 20 hours per week or as needed. Employees may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons and pursue growth opportunities in the company’s souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
